Strategic Planning Manager

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop brand strategy, communication strategy with strong logic supports by analyzing market / consumer and identifying challenge to meet client’s business & marketing objective.
  • Involve research projects that relate to the assigned projects to ensure in-depth understanding in consumer insights.
  • Monitor and Manage all communication campaigns to be complied with strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Teamwork Oriented Mindset as working closely as a team with client service, creative, marketing activation team and media team.
  • Be a strategic partner of client and support client to drive their business.
  • Can work independently, Can Inspire the team as well as share new knowledge with team.

Qualifications :

  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Advertising or any related fields.
  • 3-5 years of strategy experience at an advertising/digital agency, marketing or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with consideration to client objectives.
  • Capable to work under pressure and time limit
  • Good knowledge and well-hand in research including data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Thai & English with charismatic.

Digital Planning Manager

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible to lead and develop digital strategies and digital projects including activities in order to grow client's business.
  • Assess client requirements to identify the right scope of service.
  • Identify real project issues, objective and goal of digital project by based on written brief and talking with clients.
  • Brief, oversee and control execution of project with outsource digital executors for the highest quality output.
  • Define measurement goals (KPIs) for all digital programs, report the result and point out key learning for next steps.
  • Skillfully select third-party, supplier or partner to handle client's project at optimum cost.
  • Stay on top of industry changes to ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve on digital and social.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields.
  • At least 5 years of digital strategy experience at an advertising/digital agency.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in Thai & English.
  • Strong Analytical skills with consideration to client objectives.
